114–120 questions in all. Listening is a little shorter on one of its two routes, which is why some figures are a range.
Before you begin
No breaks, just like test day
Each section leads straight into the next. A section's clock starts only when you press its Begin button, so reading the directions never costs you time.
Pause when you need to
Each section has its own Pause, with its own rules. Your progress saves as you go, so you can close the tab and finish another day.
Once a section is done, it's done
You can't go back to a section you've submitted. Cancelling discards the whole Full Test, including sections you've finished.
Headphones and a microphone
Listening plays each recording once, and Speaking records your answers. You'll check your sound before Listening and your microphone again right before Speaking.
Check your microphone
Speaking is the last section, about an hour from now. Record a few seconds and play it back, so you know now that your microphone works.
You can begin without checking. You'll need a working microphone for Speaking at the end.
