The short version
You can cancel any time. Your plan stops renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t refund the unused part of a period, but if we charged you by mistake, we’ll put it right.
Cancelling
- Cancel from your account whenever you like. There is no fee and no notice period.
- Your plan won’t renew. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then the paid tests lock again.
- The free tests stay open, and your saved results stay on your account.
- If you delete your account while a plan is running, the plan is cancelled straight away and access ends at the same time.
Refunds
Plans are paid in advance for each period. We don’t refund the unused part of a period you’ve already paid for, whether you cancel, stop using the site, or delete your account part-way through.
We will give you a full refund for a period if:
- you were charged more than once for the same period;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled; or
- a fault on our side stopped you using the paid tests, and we couldn’t fix it.
To ask for a refund, email hello@toeflready.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge, and tell us what happened. We reply within a few working days. An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
